On Thursday the 13TH OF FEBRUARY 2020 Director of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency in Cairo Mr. "Yoshifumi Omyura" paid a Vist to Ambassador Mahmoud El-Maghraby, Secretary General of the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development, to discuss existing and potential developmental projects between the two agencies In Africa, that are designed in light of the Egyptian interest to contribute in building the capabilities of African cadres, and to transfer Japanese knowledge to Africa.

The Secretary-General welcomed welcomed the increasing emphasis being placed on cooperative "JICA" and EAPD look forward to establish new developmental projects in Africa that will are also consistent with Egyptian foreign policy that gives Africa an advanced priority.

On another note, they discussed the upcoming workshop organized in cooperation with the World Health Organization "WHO" in Cairo next March that will highlight the Egyptian campaign which ran under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and resulted in treating one million African citizens from Hepatitis C disease.
