Working with national and international partners to help achieve food security and sustainable agriculture in Africa

Food security and agriculture have become priority issues for Africa, and Egypt is eager to share the knowledge and expertise it possesses in these areas with other countries of the continent. The aim is to help them put an end, once and for all, to hunger and promote sustainable agriculture practices.

The Agency works closely with national and international partners for that end, including the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as well as the Egyptian International Center for Agriculture and together we have designed and delivered many capacity building programs.
