Promoting Triangular Cooperation:

The Agency's promotes triangular cooperation through its partnerships with a number of countries and development institutions, mainly: the African Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the Arab Fund for Technical Assistance to African Countries, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The EAPD’s aim is to build on the conventions and agreements previously concluded by the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with Africa (EFTCA), the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the Commonwealth (EFTCC) and partner countries and organizations. The Agency also seeks to partner with other development-oriented agencies and countries to better play its role.
